Frequently Asked Questions

How to Buy

If you are a resident of Pennsylvania and would like to have a firearm shipped to me so I can transfer it to you, I'll be happy to accommodate you. The fee for the transfer of a single firearm is $25.00 for all new firearms that are also in stock or available for purchase from Marinas Arms. At time of pick up or purchase at the store, the transfer/PICS fee will be added to your initial purchase price.

For all internet/third party orders, please note that you will be charged a $10.00 processing fee in addition to the $25.00 charge for PICS. Upon placing your order and choosing Marinas Arms as your FFL, please contact us right away to advise of the order and tracking number, so that we may follow your orders progress to our store. Once your order shows that if was delivered, no need to call the store, upon logging and inspecting your firearm we will text/call you to let you know it is ready for pick-up. If your order is found with any blemishes/damages upon arrival, it will be returned to the shipper. Due to delivery issues with orders sent using FedEx, an additional NON-REFUNDABLE pick-up charge of $25.00 will be applied to your order - this fee must be paid before your order is picked up at FedEx. (Please note that pick-up charges do not apply towards orders shipped using UPS.)

Refunds

No refunds will be provided once a PICS (Pennsylvania Instant Check System) has been initiated.

How to Sell

If you have a firearm that you no longer wish to keep, you have several options:

  1. I will be happy to buy it from you for a fair price.

  2. If you would like to bring the firearm to me to have me sell on a consignment basis, I'll be happy to do that for you. The fee for consignments is $50.00 of the sale price.

  3. If we decide to sell your firearm(s) on an auction site, the fee is 10%, in addition to any fees charged by the auction site.

When Entering/Exiting the Shop

All firearms must be either in a packaged box or carry case when brought onto the premises. Entry will be denied if you do not follow our rules of conduct.
